Would you say that anyone with a major monkey on his back  (let's just say, for instance a raging Cocaine addiction) would be able to do his very best work over and over consistently? Suffice to say, quality goods can and are produced in ways and places that would surprise us. The mid to late 90's aluminum Solutions were cool. The Mongoose 3-piece cro-mo (Solution?) cranks however were not. All our bikes are cherry picked from the very best BMX specialist brands, and all our bikes are designed specifically for use at the skatepark or on the track. Before the Cali, I raced on an aluminum '97 Supergoose that was made in Taiwan. They were all good frames that I never had any serious issues with. A few posts up there is a link to the new Mongoose bikes that are supposed to be as good as anyone else's and are not walgoose editions. I did some digging on another site and found that by 1983 Mongoose frames were being built in Taiwan. I feel that bad now with mine being made there too. I dunno, I have a 2012 Mongoose Solution 24 as my race bike. This means that certain tricks are harder to perform, especially those that rely on pedal pressure, for example Tire Taps. Choosing the correct size BMX bike is very important, bikes that are too large will be cumbersome and hard to manoeuvre and bikes that are too small can feel cramped and hard to keep under control. The Mongoose Legion L60 Bike is a good entry level BMX bike for someone on the slightly taller side. A friend of mine had a solution pro back in like 94-95,, that bike rode awesome and my other buddy had the first run of the Tim Hall frames in like 95 I think,, that was a great trail bike, that thing rode like a Cadillac. Youth freestyle bikes are sized depending on the diameter of the wheel staring at 12” all the way through to 18”, at a 20” wheel the bike is considered an adult size. Adult freestyle bikes are sized on top tube length, a 18.5” top tube is extra small for younger teenagers who have just moved up to an adult bike, a 20” top tube is small, 20.5” a medium and anything over a 21” is considered large. Since Mongoose only offered these bikes in the continental USA they have been working hard to find a way for people in Canada, Alaska/Hawaii, Mexico, UK, ect, to get their hands on them and that’s where we come in. Obviously, the cost to ship to these states/countries isn’t cheap, but these bikes are affordably priced even with the cost to ship to these locations.
